Hi, I'm Iona! For over 8 years, I've supported new and expectant parents like you through the highs and lows of this significant life transition. From running award-winning antenatal classes to offering personalised coaching, I've seen first-hand how overwhelming this time can feel—whether you're managing health concerns, adjusting to relationship changes, or simply trying to find your footing in this new chapter.
