We recommend you set aside approximately 9 hours to complete the course. This will give you plenty of time to complete the interactive exercises and discussion topics with your birth partner. The videos are no more than 15 minutes long, so you can work through the course at your own pace.

Having a baby brings one of the biggest periods of change we experience in life. Change isn't always easy - no matter how positive the reason! In this module we encourage you to explore how this may impact you, your life, your relationships. Discussing these topics early empowers you to implement coping strategies as you manage the transition to parenthood!

Trustworthy information

To avoid professional bias, we involved a broad team of advisors when creating our programme. This includes a range of midwives, doctors, health visitors and private specialists working in nutrition, sleep, breastfeeding, mental health and fitness. Drawing on their vast clinical experience, we created a robust, evidence-based course that takes a practical look at best-practice information given by the Department of Health, NICE guidelines and World Health Organisation.

In addition to this, we spoke to hundreds of parents about what they wish they had been told BEFORE their babies arrived (but never were) and incorporated many of their answers into this course too.
