"Before doing the Reset Programme with Iona I was definitely stuck in a rut. I used to exercise regularly and eat what I considered a healthy diet, but following a very busy and stressful year, I had completely fallen out of those habits and was struggling to find the time and motivation. I was also experiencing perimenopausal symptoms which I wanted to address, but looking after myself had slipped down to the bottom of my to-do list. I was feeling stressed, anxious and low in mood, my confidence levels were dropping, and I was struggling with the huge mental load of family life.
Having completed the programme, I am sleeping better, have more energy and motivation, feel stronger and fitter already, my clothes fit so much better and my head is clearer. It's still early days, but my skin is definitely less oily and will hopefully continue to improve.
The Reset Programme has benefited the whole family, but especially my husband. He is also eating better, exercising more and feeling healthier as a result. Working with Iona has been a very natural and cathartic process. Her guidance has enabled me to identify my priorities - and barriers - and take clear, manageable steps to achieve them. For example, we now plan meals and exercise every weekend for the week ahead. It enables me to ensure that our meals are interesting and nutritious and prioritise exercise and also decreases my mental load."
